About this item

  • Set includes a 7" vegetable cleaver and a 7" meat cleaver, both hand-crafted with full tang from German Steel X50CrMoV15 for durability, stain resistance, and edge retention. Design is patented by USPTO. Blades are sharpened to a 16-degree edge by hand, although the exact angle may vary slightly. Hardness is measured at HRC 58 +/- 2 on the Rockwell Hardness Scale. The 5.5" handle and 7" blade are well-balanced. The vegetable cleaver is suitable for push cuts, slicing, dicing, mincing herbs, and cutting fruit or cheese. The meat cleaver is versatile and can tenderize, mince, slice, and scale meat. The knives are NSF International Certified and come with a lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects. Clean the knives with warm water, a little detergent, and rinse carefully. Dry with a towel.
